1. Static Basic Accuracy Test: With the equipment stationary, measure the initial position deviation of the preset crosshair marks at each printing station to assess the basic accuracy of the mechanical installation and adjustment. A qualified model can achieve a positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm.
2. Dynamic Operation Accuracy Test: Under normal production speed, continuously monitor the fluctuation of the registration marks, record the longitudinal and lateral registration errors, and assess the registration stability under dynamic operation to avoid pattern misalignment during high-speed production.
3. Repeat Positioning Accuracy Test: Through multiple start-stop cycles and continuous operation, repeatedly measure the printing position deviation at the same station to assess the consistency of the equipment's repeat positioning, ensuring that the printing position of each product remains uniform during mass production.
4. Finished Product Visual Verification: Print a standard test pattern for multi-color overprinting and check the clarity of the pattern outline and color overlap. No obvious ghosting or misalignment is required, visually verifying the accuracy of the actual printed finished product.
