I. Core Hardware Detail Inspection

1. Check the frame and transmission: Prioritize models with a pure sheet metal thickened frame and a patented semi-circular turning bearing turntable. Avoid easily deformable structures made of square tubes and aluminum profiles. These models will not experience overall machine shaking during high-speed operation.

2. Check key function configurations: Confirm that the printhead has independent temperature control to prevent clogging, the conveyor belt has adaptive tension to prevent deviation, and the drying section has a closed-loop temperature feedback system to prevent overheating. These three aspects are the core guarantees for long-term stable operation.

3. Check the electrical and communication systems: Models using Ethernet communication between the master and slave stations have fast response, low failure rate, and will not experience positioning deviations due to signal delays.

II. On-site Testing and Verification

1. Continuous operation test: Print more than 500 pieces continuously at the factory site, observing that the equipment has no abnormal noises throughout the process (normal operating noise ≤70 decibels) and no cumulative alignment errors.

2. Extreme working condition test: Simulate long-term full-load production, checking whether the ink supply system experiences ink interruptions or ink spillage, and whether the drying system has uniform temperature without overheating. Confirm that the equipment can maintain stable output under high load.

III. Long-Term Operational Assurance Verification

1. Review the quality control records of core equipment components to confirm that all machined parts have undergone precision testing. Avoid assembling equipment from purchased parts, as such equipment has a long-term failure rate that is more than 30% higher.

2. Confirm the preventative maintenance plan provided by the manufacturer, clearly defining standardized operating guidelines such as daily cleaning and air pressure checks (≥0.45MPa), which can further extend the stable operation cycle of the equipment.
