The Stenter Machine is a device used in the textile industry for drying, stretching and fixing fabrics. The process of stenter machine involves the fabric being drawn over a series of pins and then subjected to heat and air pressure to achieve the desired effect.
The machine consists of a conveyor belt that moves the fabric through a chamber where it is subjected to heat and the necessary tension for stretching. The stretching process helps to eliminate any wrinkles from the fabric and ensure that it retains its shape after drying.
Once the fabric has been stretched, it is treated with a special finishing agent, which is sprayed onto the fabric. This agent helps to improve the durability of the fabric, enhance its appearance, and add any other desired qualities such as flame resistance or water repellency.
The fabric is then passed through a series of heating chambers where it is dried and cured. The temperature in these chambers is carefully monitored to ensure that the fabric does not become overheated or damaged.
Finally, the fabric is cooled down and passed through a series of rollers that smooth out any wrinkles that may have formed during the drying process. The finished fabric is then rolled up on a large spool and can be used for a variety of applications.
Method operation of Stretching Machine
Pneumatic Stretching Machine
Check whether the clamp jaws are clamped before use to prevent the mesh from exiting when pulling the net. If it is loose, first tighten the clamp screw.
When the net is meshed, the four diagonal collets are evenly distributed. After the mesh is clamped, the four diagonal meshes should be relaxed.
If the mesh is uneven when pulling the net, the tension will be unbalanced, the chuck can be relaxed, the mesh is loosened, and the clamp can be balanced after exiting.
Electric Stretching Machine
To operate the netting machine, initiate by loadingTo operate the netting machine, initiate by loadings of galvanized wire Engage the tensioner to ensure a consistent tension level of 200 Newtons, then activate the primary netting mechanism for weaving horizontal and vertical wires into hexagonal mesh patterns with a standard size of 1 meter by 1 meter. Once the desired length of 100 meters is achieved, utilize the winder to collect and store the finished product in rolls of up to 50 meters in length. Throughout this process, monitor tension and alignment meticulously every 30 minutes to guarantee uniformity and strength of the gabion boxes being produced, ensuring each box meets a tensile strength of at least 400 kN.
