Introduction
Pneumatic Stretching Machine is an advanced tool used to stretch and tighten the screen (polyester, nylon or stainless steel) to the screen printing frame, using compressed air (pneumatic power) to automate and control the stretching process. This makes it more efficient and stable than manual stretching machines and suitable for medium to large screen printing jobs.
Product Details

Key Components
1. Pneumatic Grips/Clamps: Pneumatic jaws or bars used to clamp the edges of the mesh. These are evenly spaced around the machine (usually on all four sides of the machine) to apply even pressure.
2. Screen Frame Locking System: Adjustable fixtures used to secure the screen frame during stretching and accommodates a wide range of screen frame sizes (e.g., 50x60cm to 200x300cm or larger).
3. Pressure Regulator: Controls the air pressure (in psi or bar) delivered to the grippers, and thus the force applied when stretching the mesh.
4. Tension Gauge Integration: Many models include a built-in or compatible tension gauge (in N/cm or PSI) for real-time monitoring and adjustment of tension.
5. Workbench: A flat, stable surface with alignment guides for precise positioning of the screen frame and mesh.
6. Air Compressor Connection: An external air compressor is required to provide pneumatic power (usually 6-8 bar).
Method of operation
1. Check whether the clamp jaws are clamped before use to prevent the mesh from exiting when pulling the net. If it is loose, first tighten the clamp screw.
2. When the net is meshed, the four diagonal collets are evenly distributed. After the mesh is clamped, the four diagonal meshes should be relaxed.
5. If the mesh is uneven when pulling the net, the tension will be unbalanced, the chuck can be relaxed, the mesh is loosened, and the clamp can be balanced after exiting.
