1. Screen Printing Baseline Calibration: Install the calibration device on the equipment beam, move the detection plate below the baseline screen, and use a vision camera to capture the coordinates of the baseline marker points. Fine-tune the X/Y axis position of the screen to ensure the marker points are perfectly aligned with the baseline.
2. Tabletop Positioning Calibration: Run the equipment idle for multiple revolutions, record the stopping position deviation of each tabletop, adjust the pulse parameters of the servo motor to eliminate the cumulative error of turntable start-stop, and ensure that each tabletop stops accurately without offset.
3. Color Registration Accuracy Calibration: Fine-tune the squeegee stroke and photoelectric sensor position of each printing head sequentially, print multi-color registration test patterns, and repeatedly correct the alignment parameters of each station to control the registration error within 0.2mm.
4. Curing Verification Calibration: After calibration, continuously print 50 test samples to verify the accuracy and stability throughout the process. After confirming there are no misalignment or ghosting issues, lock the calibration parameters to complete the accuracy calibration process.
