1. Daily Basic Maintenance: Clean guide rails, lead screws, and other transmission components daily. Check the condition of pneumatic component filters to ensure air pressure remains stable above 0.45MPa, preventing accuracy deviations caused by component wear.
2. Weekly Accuracy Verification: Use standard crosshairs weekly to check the static alignment deviation of each station. Fine-tune loose positioning mechanisms and promptly correct minor positional errors to prevent error accumulation.
3. Monthly Depth Calibration: Conduct a full-machine dynamic alignment test monthly. Verify the table's stopping accuracy under full-speed operation, correct servo parameters to eliminate accumulated errors, and simultaneously calibrate the scraper stroke and photoelectric sensor position.
4. Quarterly Component Maintenance: Replace aged silicone scrapers quarterly. Check the wear of timing belts and bearings. Add special lubricating oil to transmission components to prevent component aging from affecting long-term operational accuracy.
