Cleaning the Fan and Cabinet: Weekly, clean the fan and cabinet to ensure proper heat dissipation.
Cleaning the grating sensor and scale: Weekly, clean the grating sensor and scale with a dust-free cloth and low-concentration alcohol.
3. Monthly Maintenance
Maintaining Moving Parts: Monthly, maintain the printer's moving parts (guide rails, slides, and lift motor leadscrew), cleaning any oil stains and adding oil.
Inspecting and Replacing Consumable Parts: Monthly, inspect and replace consumable parts such as wipers and ink pads. 4. Quarterly Maintenance
Full Inspection and Cleaning: A full inspection and cleaning is performed every quarter, including cleaning the print platform, checking the printhead, and checking the vacuum system.
5. Semi-Annual Maintenance
Deep Cleaning and Inspection: A deep cleaning and inspection is performed every six months, including cleaning the printhead, checking the printhead operating voltage, soaking the printhead, and ultrasonic cleaning the printhead.
6. Annual Maintenance
Full Inspection and Repair: A full inspection and repair is performed annually, including inspection and replacement of all consumable parts, such as the printhead, ink cartridges, and vacuum pump.
