I. Basic Three-Step Testing Method
1. Print a Test Page
Start the cleaning program through printer settings, selecting "soft/hard/normal" mode (it is recommended to try "normal" first).
Adjust the paper position, ensuring the shadow lines are centered, then press "test draw" to print.
2. Check Nozzle Status
Print a nozzle check pattern and observe for horizontal stripes:
First group (GY/PBK/LGY): Check dark gray bands
Second group (PC/M/Y): Check colored areas
Third group (MBK/C/R): Check red/blue areas
If stripes appear, clean the corresponding nozzle group.
3. Verify Actual Results
Print a full-page test image and check:
Whether the color transition is uniform
Whether the details are clear (e.g., text edges)
Whether there is ink leakage or ink breakage.
II. Advanced Testing Techniques
1. Multi-Material Compatibility Test
Print the same pattern on different materials (e.g., cotton, polyester) and compare color differences and adhesion.
2. Long-Term Stability Test
Print 10 test pages consecutively and observe whether the nozzle status is stable.
III. Precautions
Test immediately after cleaning: Avoid ink sedimentation affecting results.
Environmental control: Maintain stable temperature and humidity (23±2℃, 50±5% RH).
Consumable matching: Use original ink cartridges to avoid clogging caused by inferior ink.
