I. Quick Calibration for Routine Production (For minor deviations, completed in 5-10 minutes)
Suitable for routine adjustments during production where slight misalignment does not require disassembly:
1. Prepare Calibration Tools: Prepare a standard test screen with crosshair alignment marks, a magnifying glass, a feeler gauge, and an Allen wrench.
2. Single-Station Alignment Calibration: Install the test screen into the first station. Manually fine-tune the screen frame position until the crosshairs on the screen are perfectly aligned with the markings on the printing plate. Tighten the screen frame clamping device.
Perform screen alignment at all stations sequentially, ensuring that the crosshairs at each station are perfectly aligned.
3. Running Verification and Fine-Tuning: After running the machine for 3 cycles without load, return to the first station and check the crosshair deviation again. If any deviation occurs, fine-tune the position of the locating pins at the corresponding station until perfectly aligned.
Run 10 blank substrates consecutively. Randomly test the last blank substrate against the first piece. If the deviation is controlled within 0.02mm, calibration is complete.
II. Annual Deep Precision Calibration (Addressing Precision Decline After 1 Year of Equipment Use) Suitable for calibration of accumulated deviations after long-term use. Mechanical parameters need adjustment:
1. Calibrate Tabletop Parallelism: Measure the gap between each tabletop and guide rail using a feeler gauge, and record the gap difference at all positions; Adjust the tabletop fixing screws to ensure the gap difference between all tables does not exceed 0.03mm, ensuring overall tabletop parallelism.
2. Calibrate Drive Chain Track Clearance: Check the wear of the drive chain track and guide wheels. If the wear exceeds 0.1mm, replace the worn guide wheels first; Adjust the chain track tension so that there is no significant play when pulling the tabletop, and that the tabletop slides smoothly without jamming.
3. Calibrate Roller and Printhead Parallelism: Loosen the fixing bolts of the printhead mounting base, and use a ruler against the side of the printhead to adjust the parallelism between the printhead and the tabletop; After adjustment, tighten the bolts and repeat the printing accuracy test until the error meets the requirements.
4. Reset system parameters: Enter the equipment PLC control system, reset the positioning offset parameters of each station to the actual measured values, and save the parameters to complete the calibration.
