1. Basic Cleaning and Resetting (90% of minor deviations can be resolved)
Most deviations are caused by foreign objects getting stuck, so prioritize this step:

Thoroughly clean the positioning pins, clamping base, and slider of the deviation printhead, completely removing any residual ink and fabric lint.
Loosen the fixing bolts of the printhead, return the entire printhead to the reference slot, gently push it tight, and then tighten the bolts again.
When tightening the bolts, apply force evenly to avoid uneven tightening that could cause the printhead to tilt. After tightening, shake the printhead to confirm there is no looseness.

2. Positioning Fine-tuning (for minor positional deviations) If the deviation persists after cleaning and resetting, perform small-scale positional fine-tuning:

Locate the independent fine-tuning parameter for the corresponding printhead in the equipment control system, setting the single adjustment step to 0.05mm.

After printing one test sheet, measure the direction and distance of the deviation: If the pattern is off to the right, fine-tune the X-axis of the printhead to the left by the corresponding distance; if it's off to the top, fine-tune the Y-axis downwards.

Print one test sheet after each adjustment until the pattern position is perfectly aligned with the reference. Finally, save the adjusted parameters.

3. Component Replacement and Calibration (For Stubborn Deviations Caused by Wear)

If the deviation persists after fine-tuning, it indicates wear on the core components, requiring replacement and calibration:

Inspect the positioning pins and holes. If the wear gap exceeds 0.05mm, replace the positioning pins to restore positioning accuracy.

Inspect the print head slider and guide rail. If excessive slider clearance is causing wobbling, replace the slider with the same model.

After replacing the components, recalibrate the reference origin and then print 20 consecutive pieces to confirm stable accuracy.

Verification After Adjustment

After adjustment, print 30 consecutive pieces. If the color misregistration remains less than 0.1mm, the adjustment is complete. If deviation persists, check if the print head cylinder pressure is uniform; unstable air pressure can also cause positional shifts.
