1. Continuous production at full capacity (over 8 hours): Deep cleaning is recommended once a week. A large amount of lint and ink accumulates daily, easily causing jamming and affecting accuracy.
2. Regular mass production (4-8 hours per day): Deep cleaning is recommended once every two weeks. This avoids wasting production time and prevents accuracy deviations in advance.
3. Intermittent small-batch production (less than 4 hours per day): Deep cleaning is recommended once every 3-4 weeks (once a month). The production intensity is low, and the rate of stain accumulation is slow.
Special Cases Requiring Pre-Cleaning
If you encounter the following scenarios, you can schedule deep cleaning immediately without waiting for a fixed schedule:
1. After processing fabrics that shed a lot of lint, such as pure cotton or plush, lint can easily get stuck in the positioning gaps, causing accuracy deviations.
2. If slight color misalignment has already occurred, performing deep cleaning first and then adjusting parameters will likely resolve the issue automatically.
3. After changing to a different type/brand of ink, residual old ink can easily dry and become stuck; it is recommended to clean it in advance.
