1. Preparations
Stop the machine and move the deviation printhead to the operating position. Turn off the main power and unplug the power cord. Prepare the following tools: a soft nylon brush, lint-free cleaning paper, dedicated printing equipment cleaning solution, and a level (for resetting).

2. Deep Cleaning of Core Positioning Areas (Important)
First, use a dry, soft brush to thoroughly remove excess ink and lint from the positioning pins, positioning holes, and clamping base surface. Gently loosen and sweep away any clumps in the crevices.

Take a small piece of lint-free paper, soak it in dedicated cleaning solution, and squeeze until it is semi-dry (not dripping). Gently wipe along the axis of the positioning pins to completely dissolve and remove any dried ink. Then, fold the lint-free paper into a pointed corner and gently rotate it to clean the dirt inside the positioning holes. Do not forcefully push to avoid scratching the hole walls.

Use dry lint-free paper to absorb any remaining cleaning solution from the positioning areas. Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the residual solvent to evaporate naturally.

3. Deep Cleaning of the Slider Guide Rail
First, use a dry brush to remove the old lubricant and ink mixture from the surface of the guide rail and slider, cleaning any impurities from the crevices.

If there is stubborn dried ink on the guide rail, gently wipe it away with lint-free paper dampened with a small amount of cleaning solution. After wiping, dry with a dry paper towel, then apply a thin layer of new lubricant. Do not apply too much to avoid attracting dust.

4. Reset and Accuracy Verification

After cleaning:

Gently push the printhead back into its original positioning slot, and tighten the fixing bolts evenly diagonally. Shake to confirm there is no looseness.

Use a level to check the print table's level. After confirming there is no tilt, power on the printer and test print 10 pieces consecutively to check accuracy. Most stubborn deviations will return to normal.

Avoid the printhead throughout the process: Do not touch or wipe the nozzle. Only gently dab away any excess ink overflowing from the printhead edge with a dry paper towel to prevent scratching the nozzle and causing permanent damage.
