1. Adjust color according to image processing software
The patterns sprayed out by direct-injection printing machines generally have a certain color cast from the original photo. Different patterns and color cast sizes may be different. When the color cast is not within the acceptance range, , we usually choose to use image processing software to adjust the color, common AI, PHOTOSHOP, etc. are all possible. 2. Adjust color according to print control software
The print control software matched with the direct-injection printer also has a simple color adjustment function, but the scope of this adjustment is relatively limited. It can only adjust the style of the entire image, such as darker or bluer, and cannot be used to adjust parts of the image. Adjustment is therefore considered dispensable and rarely used.
Of course, sometimes, no matter how you adjust the color, it is not satisfactory. This situation may also exist. The reasons are as follows:
1. Ink color density
If the color density of the ink is low, when printing dark tones, no matter how you adjust it, it will not be able to achieve a satisfactory level. For example, if you want to print deep black, and the color density of the black ink is just right, Low, no matter how the color is adjusted, the printout will always be light black.
2. Curve graph
When the ink does not match the card and RIP software of the direct-jet printing machine, the printed pattern will have a very large color cast. No matter how you adjust the color, it will not be close. Change the ink brand and model. This is usually the case after specifications.
3. Waveform
