Working Principle
1. Fabric Loading: The fabric is joined end-to-end to form a loop and wound onto one of the winding rollers.
2. Dyeing Cycle: After the machine starts, the active winding roller pulls the fabric through the dye bath and winds it onto the opposite winding roller. When a batch of fabric is about to finish dyeing, the machine automatically reverses, and the fabric moves in the opposite direction. This cycle continues.
3. Heating and Dyeing: During the cycle, the dye bath is heated directly or indirectly by steam to above its boiling point (typically reaching 135°C - 140°C). The high temperature and high pressure environment allows dye molecules to fully penetrate, diffuse, and fix within the fibers.
4. Process Control: A programmable controller automatically controls the temperature, speed, number of reversals, and dye bath cycle.

4. Spreading Device: "J"-shaped spreading rollers or spiral spreaders located at the dyeing tank inlet, flatten the fabric and prevent wrinkles.

6. Feeding System: Equipped with an automatic feeding and spraying system, achieving precise proportioning and repeatability.
7. Control System: Advanced PLC touchscreen control system, capable of storing hundreds of process formulas, enabling fully automated operation and recording.

The HT Jigger Dyeing Machine utilizes dual active rollers for circulating dyeing and controllable tension (0–90kg) to ensure uniform dyeing of fabrics under high temperature and pressure conditions of 135°C, avoiding wrinkles and stretching, with a color difference ≤1 grade.
Rapid Fixing
The steam heating system can rapidly heat the dye bath to 135–140°C. The high temperature and pressure environment allows dye molecules to fully penetrate the fibers, achieving a fixation rate ≥95%.
Flexible Adaptability
The machine supports dyeing polyester, nylon, polypropylene, acetate fiber, and blended fabrics. The maximum fabric width is 3400mm, and the roller diameter is Φ220–325mm, which can meet the needs of small-batch, multi-variety production.
Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
The dye bath adopts a small-volume, low-liquid-ratio design and is equipped with a circulating water system, reducing water consumption and chemical usage, and lowering dyeing wastewater discharge.
