Uniform Dyeing Effect
The SUS316L stainless steel dyeing vat, combined with a high-pressure circulating pump and heat exchanger, ensures constant dye liquor temperature and uniform circulation, minimizing dead zones in the dye liquor. This results in consistent color and no color difference in fabrics with a maximum width of 3400 mm.
High-Precision Tension Control
Dual rollers operating alternately with a frequency converter control achieve closed-loop detection of linear speed and tension (0–90 kg), preventing fabric folding, wrinkling, or uneven stretching, ensuring smooth dyeing quality.
Highly Efficient Automated Operation
The PLC touch control system controls temperature, reverse rotation, trajectory recording, and shutdown. The dyeing speed is adjustable from 0–130 m/min, allowing a single person to monitor the entire process.
