1. The wetness of the surface of the printing plate should be moderate, and it must be uniform, and there should be no missing parts;
2. The inking roller should fall on the empty part of the plate cylinder, or the trailing part of the plate;
3. When the machine is running at a slow speed, do not allow it to turn or stop at any time;
4. If the layout is dirty during slow rotation, immediately drop the water roller and drive fast. If the dirt has not disappeared, stop and wipe it;
5. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the printing plate with a water wipe when the double-sided offset printing machine is running, so as not to cause an accident.
