1. Pattern design: Use professional graphic design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or digital printing dedicated design software to create a design pattern. When designing, you need to consider factors such as the color, resolution, and size of the pattern to ensure the quality of the final printing effect.
2. Image adjustment and processing: Import the designed pattern into the control software of the digital printing machine for image adjustment and processing. This may include adjusting parameters such as color, contrast, brightness, and clarity to make the pattern appear best on the fabric. In addition, image color separation, screening, and other processing may be required to meet the printing requirements of the digital printing machine.
3. Fabric preparation: Select fabrics suitable for digital printing and perform necessary pretreatment. The purpose of pretreatment is to improve the ink absorption, flatness, and stability of the fabric to ensure the quality of printing. Pretreatment methods include washing, drying, sizing, etc.
4. Install and debug the nozzle: According to the model and nozzle type of the digital printing machine, correctly install and debug the nozzle. Make sure that the parameters such as the distance, angle and jet pressure between the nozzle and the fabric are set correctly to ensure that the ink can be sprayed evenly onto the fabric.
5. Loading ink and media: Install the corresponding ink box or ink cartridge on the digital printing machine and ensure that the ink supply system works properly. At the same time, place the fabric to be printed flat on the workbench of the printing machine and fix it to prevent the fabric from moving during printing.
6. Printing settings: In the control software of the digital printing machine, select the appropriate printing mode, resolution, speed and other parameters. The setting of these parameters will affect the quality and efficiency of printing and needs to be adjusted according to the fabric type, pattern requirements and actual conditions.
7. Start printing: When everything is ready, click the print button and the digital printing machine will start printing according to the set parameters. During the printing process, the nozzle will spray ink onto the fabric to form the desired pattern.
8. Post-processing (optional): After printing is completed, perform some post-processing operations as needed, such as drying, color fixing, washing, etc. These post-processing steps can improve the fastness, color brightness and feel of the printing.
9. Quality inspection: Check the quality of the printed fabrics to check the integrity of the pattern, color accuracy, clarity, etc. If there are any quality problems, they need to be adjusted and handled in time.
10. Completion and finishing: Printed fabrics that have passed the quality inspection can be cut, sewn and processed, or directly packaged and shipped.
