Pre-startup inspection
1. Check the equipment: Before starting the machine, check whether there are any foreign objects on and around the guide belt, whether the air pressure and steam water are normal, whether the screen frame and scraper adjustment device rotate flexibly, and whether the chain is moderately tight.
2. Check the power supply: Make sure that the power supply voltage meets national regulations, is well grounded, the electrical equipment is intact, and the power switch should be equipped with an anti-accidental touch function.
3. Check the working environment: The installation location of the printing machine should be in an environment with good ventilation, dust-free, suitable temperature, sufficient light and no explosive gas.
Precautions during operation
1. Avoid dangerous behavior: When the printing machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to sit on the machine or step on the transmission part.
2. Safe board wiping: When wiping the board, you should confirm that the safety rod of the grid frame has been locked before wiping the board to prevent falling into the net and injuring people.
3. Pay attention to the body position: When wiping the board or adjusting the printing machine, the body should be away from the control panel of the printing machine to prevent the control switch from being touched and causing the machine to injure people.
4. Avoid contact with dangerous parts: put bricks after wiping the board, and it is strictly forbidden to put your hands near the pulley.
5. Concentrate: Operators must concentrate when working, and it is strictly forbidden to play.
6. It is forbidden to adjust privately: All parts of the printing machine, such as electric eyes and electric cabinets, are strictly prohibited to move privately.
7. Avoid crossing dangerous areas: It is strictly forbidden to cross the transmission parts.
8. Emergency handling: If there is an emergency, turn off the emergency stop switch immediately and find relevant personnel to troubleshoot the problem.
Precautions after shutdown
1. Cleaning equipment: Remove the scraper and screen frame when shutting down. The disassembled screen frame and knife must be cleaned in time, and put back to the designated location and scraper rack after cleaning.
2. Low-speed operation: The guide belt runs at a low speed, closes the hot roller and the steam valve of the drying room, and cleans and maintains the machine.
3. Avoid electrical short circuit: Be careful not to pour water, slurry, etc. into the electrical button switch during cleaning to prevent accidents such as electrical short circuit.
4. Cut off the power supply: Please cut off the main power supply for long-term shutdown.
Other precautions
1. Wear protective equipment: Operators should wear labor protection equipment throughout the process, including safety helmets, work clothes, protective glasses, protective gloves, etc.
2. Avoid contact with high-temperature parts: It is strictly forbidden to touch the high-temperature parts of the equipment.
3. Keep the workplace clean: After work, the equipment, tools and environment should be cleaned, and the handover should be done well.
4. Regular maintenance: Regularly inspect and repair mechanical equipment, motors, fans, chains, conversion valves and safety protection devices of each device.
