1. There are obvious broken lines and stripes in the printed image:
Reason: The ink head is broken. As long as one ink hole of the pressure point nozzle is blocked, it may cause broken lines and stripes in the image.
Solution: Clean the ink head and clean out the blocked nozzle. Possible reasons include impurities in the pipeline, impurities in the ink sac, ink pollution, ink quality problems, etc., which require cleaning the ink sac pipeline and replacing the ink.
2. There are overprinted dark stripes in the printed image:
Reason: The ink head is offset, the single ink head is obliquely offset, and the two ink heads are not aligned; the paper feeder clamps the paper too tightly, causing poor paper feeding.
Solution: Calibrate the nozzle, please contact professional technicians for processing; use manual paper placement to reduce resistance; adjust the paper step setting CALIBRATION menu in the machine to increase or decrease the step value.
3. The ink carriage pauses for several seconds at both ends of the image during printing:
Reason: The computer computing speed cannot keep up with the transmission speed and printing speed; using the print port transmission, the transmission speed cannot keep up with the printing speed for large images.
Solution: Replace a faster computer, generally require a Pentium 4 1.7G or above computer; use 100M network cable transmission, the network transmission speed is faster than the printer port transmission speed.
4. Ink dripping and ink throwing:
Solution: Increase the ambient temperature; re-clean the nozzle; replace the pipe or ink bag; add ink that does not exceed the capacity of the ink cartridge.
5. Sawtooth appears when printing a straight line pattern:
Reason: The fabric is stretched too wide when stretched, and the dye shrinks after being sprayed onto the fabric.
Solution: Control the fabric stretching rate <2%.
6. The edge of the fabric becomes more and more biased during the printing process:
Reason: The fabric is not placed correctly when feeding the fabric.
Solution: Pay attention to the left and right position when placing the fabric on the guide belt.
7. The fabric cannot stick to the guide belt:
Reason: The adhesive of the guide belt is not sticky enough; softener is used on the fabric.
Solution: Re-glue is required; wash off the softener.
8. The pattern is deformed after the knitted fabric is printed:
Reason: The adhesive force of the guide belt is too large.
Solution: Use cotton cloth to run continuously on the guide belt before printing, until the guide belt feels not very sticky, and then start printing on the knitted fabric.
