1. Ink break
Phenomenon: During the printing process, some nozzles do not produce ink.
Reasons: blockage of the nozzle channel, improper setting of the operating voltage of the nozzle, blockage of the ink sac, ink problem, and improper adjustment of negative pressure will cause the ink to break.
Solution: press ink, rinse the nozzle hole with cleaning fluid, adjust the working voltage of the nozzle, soak and ultrasonically clean the nozzle, replace the high-quality ink, and adjust the appropriate negative pressure value
2 the printing pattern effect is poor
Phenomenon: The picture is blurry, the color overlay is out of place, and the ghosting.
Reasons: The height of the trolley is improper, the distance between the nozzle and the material is too large, resulting in inaccurate inkjet landing, strong air flow affects the accuracy of the inkjet landing, poor ink absorption capacity of the material, and the nozzle is not calibrated.
Solution: lower the height of the trolley, do not blow the fan or air conditioner directly at the work area, avoid strong airflow in the work place, change the material, and recalibrate the nozzle.
3. The reset of the trolley does not rebound when starting up
Phenomenon: After the reset button is clicked when the machine is turned on, the trolley only moves to the right side, there is no reset, and there is no flash spray, so other operations cannot be performed.
Reason: switch failure, trolley board failure, SCSI line failure, PCI card failure, servo board failure.
Solution: replace the switch, replace the trolley board/SCSI cable/PCI card/servo board.
4, print garbled characters
Phenomenon: The screen appears irregular and unpainted.
Reason: Inkjet data transmission processing error, trolley board failure, data cable loose or failure, optical fiber failure, PCI card failure, screen processing problems.
Solution: Arrange printheads to test individual printheads one by one, troubleshoot printheads, replace data lines (printer data lines or trolley board data lines), replace trolley boards/optical fibers/PCI cards, and reload the screen for processing
5. The ink is not normal in the fixed place of the painting
Phenomenon: The picture, grating strip, and trolley board are faulty.
Reason: Change the screen, change the spray position, and test the spray effect of different screens at different positions. If other screens are normal, it proves that there is a problem with the processing of the sub screen; if there is a problem with ink in all the screens, check the grating bar; If the inkjet is abnormal at a certain position after the screen is changed, check the trolley board.
Solution: Reload the screen for RIP processing, clean or replace the grating strip, and replace the trolley board.
6. The trolley runs unevenly
Phenomenon: Part of the ejection screen is clear and part of it is blurred, and the accuracy of inkjet positioning in each segment is different.
Reason: The rail frame is not adjusted level.
Solution: Readjust the beam.
7. The trolley runs jittery and the inkjet is dislocated
Causes: Damaged grating strips, broken belts, drag chains stuck in debris.
Solution: clean or replace the grating strip, replace the 465 belt, clean the towline slot.
8. Crash
Phenomenon: The boot car hits the right end.
Reason: positioning failure, grating head failure, trolley plate failure.
Solution: check/replace the switch, replace the grating head, and replace the trolley plate.
9. The noise of the negative pressure air pump of the printer is loud
Reason: loose air pump, blocked filter, air pump failure.
Solution: Tighten the air pump, replace the filter/air pump.
10. The light of the trolley board is not on and cannot be reset
Reason: loose wiring, trolley board failure, servo board failure, data cable failure.
