1. Set the printing mode correctly

Generally speaking, when we customize printing, we need to set the correct printing mode. With the correct printing mode, the defective rate of printed products is low. Can effectively reduce the defective rate, thereby reducing the consumption of ink in the production process.

2. Add the ink after using up

When printing, usually about 20% of the remaining ink cartridges, the digital printing machine will send out a low ink prompt, reminding the operator to replace and add ink as soon as possible. However, in such a situation, we can also continue to print until the ink is used up, and then add ink after the ink is used up.

3. Choose a digital printing machine with a circulation system that comes with the nozzle

In a dry environment, if the ink of the digital printing machine is used for too long, it will easily dry up and block the print head. Therefore, the editor recommends choosing a digital printing machine with a circulation system that comes with the print head. Take the full-print digital printing machine as an example: the RediJet built-in circulation system of the print head, through continuous ink circulation inside the print head and the ink cavity of the nozzle panel, can well ensure long-term non-stop work production. It can effectively control the drying of ink and reduce ink consumption.

4. Minimize the number of power on and off

Every time a digital printing machine is started, the printer must be initialized, the print head will be automatically cleaned, and the ink delivery system must be filled with ink, which requires a large amount of ink to be used. Therefore, you should try to group the print jobs together for printing, and don't switch the machine randomly in the middle.
