2. Weekly Calibration and Maintenance: Use standard crosshairs weekly to check the static pattern alignment deviation at each station. Fine-tune loose positioning mechanisms and promptly correct minor positional errors to prevent error accumulation.
3. Monthly Depth Calibration: Conduct a full-machine dynamic pattern alignment test monthly. Run the machine at full speed to verify the table's stopping accuracy, correct servo parameters to eliminate accumulated errors, and simultaneously calibrate the squeegee stroke and photoelectric sensor position.
4. Quarterly Component Maintenance: Replace aged silicone squeegees quarterly. Check the wear of the timing belt and bearings. Add special lubricating oil to transmission components to prevent component aging from affecting long-term operational accuracy.
