1. Environmental control is fundamental. Maintain a room temperature of 15-30℃ and humidity of 40-60%. Place the machine in a clean, well-ventilated area, away from dust and moisture. This effectively prevents printhead clogging and material moisture damage.
2. Printhead maintenance is crucial. If the equipment is not used for more than three days, be sure to moisturize the printhead to prevent dryness and clogging. It is recommended to clean the printhead surface and surrounding area weekly with cotton swabs or non-woven cloths with rinsing solution to keep it clean.
3. The motion system and platform also require regular maintenance. Adding an appropriate amount of grease to the gears and the long belt of the carriage motor can effectively reduce machine noise. At the same time, keep the worktable free of dust, ink, and debris to prevent scratching the printhead.
4. Ink cartridge maintenance is also important. After filling with ink, immediately tighten the cap to prevent dust from entering. It is recommended to clean the ink cartridges and waste ink cartridges every three months to prevent ink clumping and obstruction of flow.
5. Proper operation is essential for safety. Always use genuine, environmentally friendly ink from the manufacturer; mixing inks from different brands is strictly prohibited. When shutting down, first close the control software, then turn off the main power supply, ensuring the carriage returns to its normal position and the print head and ink stack are completely sealed.
