1. Environmental maintenance:
Keep the indoor environment dry and clean, avoid dust and smoke.
Maintain constant temperature and humidity, generally the temperature is 25-30 degrees, and the humidity is between 40%-60%.
2. Nozzle maintenance:
The nozzle is the core component of the elliptical digital printing machine, and special attention should be paid to cleaning and maintenance.
Check the status of the nozzle before and after printing every day, and perform necessary cleaning operations to keep the nozzle unobstructed.
Do not separate the nozzle from the host under high temperature and low humidity conditions to prevent ink evaporation from clogging the nozzle.
Avoid touching the nozzle surface with your hands or tools to prevent nozzle damage or clogging.
Do not use paper towels, lens paper, cloth, etc. to wipe the nozzle surface to avoid nozzle clogging.
3. Printing platform inspection:
Keep the printing platform free of foreign matter to avoid scratching and damaging the nozzle.
4. Ink stack core maintenance:
Keep the ink stack core clean because it is an accessory that directly contacts the nozzle.
5. Grating cleaning:
Observe whether the grating has dust and stains, and wipe it with a white cloth dipped in alcohol if necessary.
6. Filter inspection:
Check the filter regularly for blockage, and clean and replace it in time.
7. Scraper cleaning:
Keep the cleaning mechanism clean and tidy, and the scraper clean and undamaged to avoid affecting the scraping effect.
8. Ink management:
Ensure that the ink cartridge has sufficient ink to avoid the nozzle being emptied, causing damage and blockage to the nozzle.
9. Ink cartridge and ink barrel cleaning:
Clean the ink cartridge and waste ink barrel regularly to prevent ink from agglomerating and causing ink to be unsmooth.
10. Electrical system inspection:
Check whether the power cord and socket are aging to ensure electrical safety.
11. Air pump inspection:
Check whether the air pressure of the air pump is normal.
12. Transmission part lubrication:
Regularly add lubricating grease to the gear meshing position to reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment.
13. Nozzle moisturizing:
Use a nozzle moisturizing device to prevent the nozzle from drying and clogging.
14. Nozzle cleaning:
Use a nozzle cleaner regularly to deeply clean the nozzle to keep it unobstructed.
