Operational Steps
1. Preparing for Startup

Check the power supply, air supply, and lubrication system to ensure all components are free of looseness or wear (bearings with clearance exceeding 0.1mm should be replaced).

Before starting, press the pedal to activate the power (some models require a speed of 10 rpm or higher). Select the operating mode according to the preset program (e.g., P1-P9).

2. Setting Printing Parameters

Adjusting registration accuracy: Use differential gears, compensating rollers, and other mechanisms to calibrate longitudinal and transverse registration, ensuring an error of ≤±0.01mm.

Setting printing pressure and speed: Increase pressure appropriately in winter and reduce pressure in summer to prevent material deformation.

3. Monitoring Operation

Observe the ink/water supply system: Excessive water flow will cause ink emulsification, while insufficient water flow will result in insufficient plate wetting.

Regularly clean ink deposits from the paper guide rollers to prevent excessive tension from causing paper breaks. Maintenance Key Points
1. Daily Maintenance
Lubrication: Rolling bearings should be cleaned and greased regularly. Replace immediately if wear reaches 0.1mm.
Cleaning: Remove any residue from the ink roller, ink roller, and nozzles to maintain water-ink balance.
2. Regular Inspection
Check roller parallelism and bearing wear, and calibrate the machine frame for levelness.
Test the registration mechanism (such as differential gear meshing clearance) and tighten any loose parts.
3. Troubleshooting
Paper Break: Check the paper roll edge, tension control, and the condition of the paper guide rollers.
Misregistration: Reinstall the printing plate or adjust the center distance of the rollers.
