1. Daily cleaning
Surface cleaning: Use a clean gauze or soft brush to remove dust and debris from the surface of the oval printing machine. For stains that are difficult to remove, you can use a wet towel or sponge to wipe with an appropriate amount of clean water or special detergent, but be careful to avoid moisture from seeping into the machine.
Conveyor belt and table cleaning: When cleaning the table glue on the table or guide belt, you should use a table glue that does not harm the guide belt, and try to avoid using strong corrosive detergents such as solvents to reduce damage to the guide belt.
2. Regular maintenance
Air source processor maintenance: The air needs to be turned off and drained twice a day to ensure the normal operation of the air source processor. At the same time, adjust the aerosol oil to 4-5 drops per minute, and turn off the air source when refueling.
Joint head and optical axis lubrication: The joint head can be lubricated with 10-20g of butter per week, and 1-2 drops of engine oil every 3 days. The optical axis (moving part of the machine) should be buttered twice a week to keep it running smoothly.
Check parts: Regularly check the various parts of the oval printing machine, such as the bottom wheel, chain, timing belt, etc., to ensure that they are not damaged or loose. If any problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
Electrical system inspection: Check whether the electrical connection is firm and whether the wires are loose or in poor contact. At the same time, make sure to use special cables for electrical connections and follow the guidelines in the operation manual.
3. Precautions
Safe operation: When cleaning and maintaining the oval printing machine, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait until the machine stops running completely before operating. At the same time, wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, etc. to protect your own safety.
Avoid misoperation: During operation, the operation manual should be carefully read and relevant guidelines should be followed to avoid misoperation that may cause damage to the machine or personal injury.
Professional maintenance: For complex faults or problems that cannot be solved by yourself, professional maintenance personnel should be contacted in time for maintenance.
4. Environmental requirements
Temperature and humidity control: Ensure that the temperature and humidity of the operating room are within the appropriate range. The temperature should be maintained between 18℃-30℃ and the humidity should be maintained between 35%-65%.
Anti-static measures: Before the equipment is operated, be sure to connect the ground wire and use the manufacturer's original ink to reduce the generation of static electricity.
