1. Maintenance of nozzles
1. Do not install or disassemble the digital printing circuit at will without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply;
2. Pay attention to the strength of your hand during the replacement and fine-tuning of the nozzle, and do not use brute force to tear it;
3. Clean the nozzle regularly;
4. New ink sacs should be replaced regularly, such as Taito’s 8-head machine, which is replaced every 3 months;
5. Do not mix two different inks during printing;
6. After the nozzle is disassembled, it should be cleaned and placed in a special box to avoid dust and dirt from contaminating it;
7. Do not use the medium with poor quality, if the medium is too poor, it will easily damage the nozzle;
8. Make a test strip before finishing work each time, and ensure that all nozzles are ejecting ink normally, as a daily operation.
