I. Daily Maintenance (Daily/Weekly)
Air Source Processor: Turn off the air and drain the water twice daily. Adjust the aerosol oil flow to 4-5 drops per minute. Always turn off the air when adding oil.
Joint Head: Apply 10-20g of grease weekly. Add 1-2 drops of machine oil every 3 days.
Optical Shaft: Apply grease twice weekly to maintain smooth movement.
Guide Belt Cleaning: Use a harmless adhesive (such as ZY-240). For stubborn adhesives, use solvent to avoid damaging the guide belt.
II. Regular Maintenance (Monthly/Quarterly)
Electrical Cabinet Cleaning: Vacuum with compressed air monthly. Check wiring terminals and fuses.
Chain Maintenance: Check the chain monthly and add lubricating oil.
Bearing Inspection: Check the bearings monthly to ensure they are free of wear.
III. Troubleshooting
Squeegee Jamming: Check squeegee blade wear and replace if necessary.
Guide Belt Misalignment: Adjust the guide belt tension compensator.
Heating Abnormality: Check the thermostat; the temperature should not exceed 160℃.
IV. Safety Precautions
Operating Protection: Wear gloves and safety goggles, and keep away from high-temperature components.
Emergency Stop: Press the emergency stop button immediately in case of abnormality.
