I. Cleaning the Rotary Screen and Squeegee (Daily/After Each Shift)

1. Rotary Screen Cleaning

Immediately after printing, disassemble the rotary screen and soak it in a special cleaning agent (such as organic solvent SCR41) for 2-3 minutes, rinsing while rotating to thoroughly remove residual ink.

For rotary screens with severe oxidation or buildup, treat with dilute acid (such as dilute sulfuric acid) first, then neutralize with a diluted alkali, and finally rinse with water until neutral.

After cleaning, check if the mesh is clear, deformed, or damaged to avoid printing with defective parts.

2. Squeegee Cleaning and Maintenance

After removing the squeegee, remove any ink residue between the blade and the squeegee holder. Check if the rubber squeegee is aged and if the metal squeegee is worn or deformed.

The sharp ends of the blades should be rounded and polished to prevent scratching the rotary screen.

When reinstalling, ensure the squeegee is straight and the pressure is even to avoid misalignment of the pattern due to improper installation.

II. Inspection of Rubber Guide Belt and Print Registration Device (Weekly/Quarterly)

1. Rubber Guide Belt Inspection

Inspect the guide belt surface for flatness, damage, scratches, or adhered ink, especially at the edges.

Tension Test: Gently tap the guide belt; a crisp sound indicates proper tension, a dull sound indicates too loose, and too high a sound can damage the machine.

Clean the inner and outer surfaces of the guide belt to prevent ink residue from affecting the machine's balance.

If damage is found, stop the machine immediately for repair or replacement to prevent ink from seeping into the internal structure and causing structural damage.

2. Print Registration Device Inspection

Inspect the longitudinal (±20mm), transverse (±10mm), and diagonal (±3mm) adjustment mechanisms for flexibility, wear, or looseness.

Correct the print registration accuracy to ensure no misalignment in multi-color printing.

Inspect the clearances of the magnetic rod, differential structure, threaded joint, and eccentric mechanism; replace worn parts promptly.

III. Drying Unit Maintenance (Monthly/Quarterly)

1. Hot Air System Cleaning

Clean the drying chamber's air ducts, dampers, and filters to prevent dust accumulation from affecting hot air circulation efficiency.

Check the heating elements (such as heating tubes and steam clamps) for proper function and the insulation layer for integrity to prevent condensation dripping and watermark defects.

2. Transmission and Tension Control

Check the polyester belt tension for uniformity to avoid fabric misalignment or uneven drying due to uneven tension.

Ensure the drive roller and guide roller rotate flexibly without tangling or wear.

IV. Equipment Exterior Cleaning and Overall Machine Hygiene (After Each Shift/During Shutdown)
Wipe the machine surface with a damp cloth; avoid directly washing the electrical cabinet or control panel with water.

Clean up any areas where sizing has spilled to prevent equipment corrosion or slippery hazards.

Check the washing tank, squeegee, and fabric applicator rollers for cleanliness to ensure no residual interference before the next startup.

V. Maintenance Log Recording (After Each Maintenance)

Establish a standardized equipment maintenance log, recording the following:

Maintenance Date and Operator

Maintenance Item (e.g., cleaning, replacement, calibration)

Problems Found and Corrective Actions

List of Replaced Parts (e.g., scrapers, end caps, magnetic rods)

Equipment Operating Status Assessment
