1. Printing quality
If the printing is blurred, the lines are not clear, the color is uneven, or there are problems such as missing printing, and other factors (such as screen, slurry, etc.) are excluded, it may be caused by scraper wear, and replacement is necessary at this time.
2. Scraper appearance
Check whether there is obvious wear, notch, crack or deformation on the scraper surface. If the scraper edge is no longer flat and sharp, but becomes smooth or rough, it may need to be replaced.
3. Scraper pressure
When the scraper pressure needs to be continuously increased to maintain the normal printing effect, it means that the scraping ability of the scraper has decreased, and it may have been severely worn and needs to be replaced.
4. Use time and frequency
If the scraper has been used for a long time or used in high-frequency printing operations, even if the surface does not seem to be obviously damaged, the performance may have decreased due to long-term wear. It is necessary to judge whether to replace it based on experience and the equipment maintenance manual.
5. Scraping marks
Observe the fabric after printing. If there are abnormal marks of scraping by the scraper, such as repeated stripes or uneven pressure marks, it may be a problem with the scraper, and it is necessary to check whether it needs to be replaced.
