1. First, test core accuracy: Does the color registration error meet the standard?
Good equipment can control the color registration error within ±0.01 mm. This can be tested directly on-site: Run 100 pieces continuously, then randomly select the last 10 pieces and compare their registration with the first piece. If there is no obvious misalignment, the accuracy is acceptable. If more than 3 pieces are misaligned, the positioning system accuracy is insufficient.

2. Test high-speed stability: No shaking during high-speed operation is acceptable. Run the machine at a speed of 600 pieces/hour or higher without load and observe whether the table and frame shake significantly. If the table shakes or the frame makes abnormal noises, it indicates that the equipment's weight distribution is unreasonable, and high-speed production is prone to producing defective products. High-quality equipment can remain stable and without shaking even at 800-900 pieces/hour.

3. Inspect the structural materials and workmanship to directly assess lifespan.

Examine the frame: A pure sheet metal structure is more robust and durable than a square tube + aluminum profile structure, less prone to deformation over long-term use, and has a lifespan of 15-20 years. Inexpensive aluminum profile structures are prone to deformation under stress after only 2-3 years.

Examine the welding process: High-quality equipment uses small-area spot welding to reduce stress deformation, while inferior equipment often uses large-area hot welding, which is prone to stress deformation and will become inaccurate after a period of use.

Examine the ease of maintenance design: A transmission system located at the head or tail of the machine is easier to maintain and repair than one located in the middle. Troubleshooting can be done without stopping the machine, saving production time.

4. Verify operational efficiency: Detailed design determines production capacity.

Plate changeover speed: Models supporting one-click quick plate changeover take only a few seconds and automatically maintain horizontality. Traditional models require readjustment for plate changeover, taking at least ten minutes.

Ease of cleaning: Models that allow direct cleaning of the screen by lifting the printhead eliminate the need to remove the entire screen, saving time when changing ink.

Ease of operation: Models with independent control panels for each printhead eliminate the need to run back and forth between the main unit and the printhead, saving labor and operation time.

5. Additional verification details: Prioritize models using imported core components (such as servo motors and PLC control systems) for better positioning accuracy. Also, confirm after-sales service: Choose brands that offer free maintenance during the warranty period for lower ongoing operating costs.
