I. Reference to Statutory Service Life
According to national financial regulations, the depreciation period for printing equipment is 10-14 years. However, the actual service life needs to be comprehensively assessed based on the actual wear and tear of the equipment.
II. Assessment of Actual Wear and Tear
1. Mechanical Wear Detection
Check the clearance between the roller bushing and the journal. If it exceeds 1-2 times the standard value, a major overhaul is required.
If the gear tooth surface is bonded or peeling, it needs to be replaced to avoid cumulative errors.
2. Calculation of Usage Intensity
Actual service life = Nominal service life × Equipment utilization rate (calculated based on operating records)
Overloading (utilization rate > 1) will shorten the equipment's lifespan.
III. Technical Condition Assessment
Servo system: Positioning drift or frequent alarm prompts require calibration or replacement.
Pneumatic components: Cylinder response delay or unstable air pressure (standard 0.4-0.6MPa) requires maintenance.
IV. Comprehensive Decision-Making Criteria
When the following conditions are met simultaneously, it is recommended to assess the remaining service life of the equipment:
Actual service life is close to or exceeds the depreciation period.
Wear and tear of key components exceeds the limit, and the repair cost > 30% of the equipment's residual value.
The failure rate has increased significantly (e.g., more than 3 shutdowns per month).
