1. Static Baseline Inspection: With the equipment stationary, measure the positional deviation of the preset crosshair marks at each printing station. If the deviation exceeds the equipment's nominal range of ±0.01mm, the accuracy is considered to be out of specification.
2. Dynamic Operation Inspection: Run the equipment continuously at normal production speed and monitor the combined lateral and longitudinal errors of multi-color overprinting. If the overprinting deviation exceeds 0.2mm, the dynamic operation accuracy is out of specification.
3. Repeatability Accuracy Verification: Run the equipment continuously starting and stopping in a cycle, and measure the printing position at the same station multiple times. If the repeatability deviation exceeds the equipment's nominal value, the repeatability accuracy is out of specification.
4. Finished Product Visual Verification: Print a multi-color overprint test pattern. If the pattern shows obvious ghosting, misalignment, or blurred outlines, and the visual quality does not meet the printing requirements, the actual usage accuracy is also considered to be out of specification.
