Direct testing is the most accurate method. Follow these steps:
1. Test Preparation: Create a multi-color overlapping pattern. For precision testing, it's recommended to use a pattern with at least four colors. Prepare the fabric pieces to be printed.
2. Continuous Printing Test: Print 100-200 fabric pieces continuously. Don't just test the first few.
3. Acceptance Criteria:
The edges of all finished patterns should have no ghosting, and the color misalignment error should not exceed 0.1mm (not visible to the naked eye). This indicates acceptable precision.
Large-area full-coverage printing with even ink application and no color difference indicates stable precision.
The last 20 pieces should have patterns perfectly aligned with the previous pieces, indicating consistent precision over long-term operation.
Step 2: Verifying Core Precision-Ensuring Components
After testing, check the equipment configuration to confirm the stable hardware foundation for precision:
1. Drive System: It must use an imported high-precision servo driver + chainless hard-link transmission, paired with a linear extra-hard guide rail, to ensure long-term positioning accuracy. Ordinary motors + chain drives experience rapid accuracy decay and are prone to misalignment.
2. Positioning System: High-quality models will have specialized positioning designs, such as a triangular positioning system and a center-locking table, ensuring registration errors are controlled within 0.1mm, meeting high-precision printing requirements.
3. Table Design: Large-size tables require double-track secondary rail support + trolley support beams to prevent sagging and deformation after long-term use. An undeformed table is essential for maintaining printing accuracy.
4. Registration System: Support for rapid registration, and the ability to register manually without secondary registration before printing, indicates that the equipment's precision consistency meets standards.
