1. Most of the above problems are caused by the blistering of the ink in the ink cartridge.
After using the ink supply system for half a year, a small amount of bubbles in the ink and a few bubbles in the nozzle of the cotton and linen printing process printer entered the print cartridge. The printing opportunity of cotton and linen will gradually make the ink foam.
2. After the ink cart returns to its position, the printer will perform a natural cleaning. Please perform a nozzle check to print a test line.
3. You can repeat cleaning and printing the test line 3 times until the test line is completely normal.
Then print a four-color or six-color block test chart. The block test pattern must be printed continuously 3-5 sheets, and observe whether the printer works normally.
4. If after 9 to 12 cleanings, the cotton digital direct-injection T-shirt printer is still abnormal, you can leave the cotton and linen printing processing printer for 12 hours before testing.
