1. Daily Cleaning
Surface Cleaning: Use a clean gauze or soft brush to remove dust and debris from the surface of the oval printing machine. For stubborn stains, use a damp towel or sponge with a moderate amount of clean water or a specialized cleaning agent, but be careful to prevent moisture from seeping into the machine interior.
Belt and Surface Cleaning: When cleaning the rubber on the surface or belt, use a rubber that is non-toxic to the belt and avoid using highly corrosive cleaning agents such as solvents to minimize damage. If the rubber is difficult to clean, add a small amount of solvent to speed up cleaning, but rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry thoroughly afterwards.
2. Regular Maintenance
Air Source Processor Maintenance: Shut off the air and drain the air twice daily to ensure proper operation of the air source processor. Also, adjust the mist oil flow rate to 4-5 drops per minute, and turn off the air supply when refueling.
Joint and Optical Shaft Lubrication: Lubricate the joint with 10-20g of butter weekly and 1-2 drops of engine oil every three days. Grease the optical axis (moving parts of the machine) twice a week to maintain smooth operation.
Inspecting Parts: Regularly inspect all parts of the elliptical printing machine, such as the base pulley, chain, and timing belt, to ensure they are free of damage and looseness. If any problems are found, repair or replace them promptly.
Inspecting the Electrical System: Check that electrical connections are secure and that there are no loose wires or poor contact. Ensure that special cables are used for electrical connections and follow the guidelines in the operator's manual.
3. Cleaning the Printing Machine Parts
Printing Screen: Clean the printing screen of the printing machine promptly after printing. Use clean water or a dedicated detergent, but avoid using acidic or alkaline detergents to avoid damaging the machine.
Workbench: Clean the workbench surface with a damp cloth or soft brush to remove any residual ink and stains.
Printing Roller: Clean the printing roller regularly to ensure it is free of residual ink and impurities. Wipe with a soft cloth and appropriate detergent. 4. Precautions
Safe Operation: When cleaning and maintaining your oval printing machine, always disconnect the power supply and wait for the machine to come to a complete stop before operating. Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles, to protect your safety.
Avoiding Misoperation: During operation, carefully read the operating manual and follow relevant guidelines to avoid machine damage or personal injury caused by misoperation.
Professional Repair: For complex problems or issues that cannot be resolved independently, contact a professional repair technician promptly.
