How to adjust the scraper pressure of Rotary Screen Printing Machine to adapt to different patterns?

Adjustment by the main adjustment mechanism:
1. The scraper adjustment mechanism of Rotary Screen Printing Machine includes a main adjustment mechanism and a secondary adjustment mechanism.
2. The main adjustment mechanism includes a swing arm and a swing arm actuator, and the swing arm is composed of a first swing arm part and a second swing arm part.
3. The swing arm actuator can make the first swing arm part pivot around the pivot part thereon, thereby driving the second swing arm part to move, so that the scraper is close to or away from the inner surface of the round screen roller, thereby adjusting the position of the scraper in the round screen roller and the contact pressure between the scraper and the round screen roller.
Adjustment by the secondary adjustment mechanism:
1. The secondary adjustment mechanism includes a secondary scraper pressure adjustment component and a secondary scraper position adjustment component.
2. The secondary scraper pressure adjustment component is arranged on the first swing arm part of the swing arm, and is used to adjust the contact pressure between the scraper and the round screen roller.
3. The secondary scraper position adjustment assembly is arranged on the second swing arm part of the swing arm, and is used to adjust the position of the scraper in the round screen roller.
4. The secondary scraper pressure adjustment assembly includes a pressure adjustment handwheel, a pressure adjustment nut screw mechanism, a pressure adjustment sliding component, a pressing component and a pressure indicating element.
5. During adjustment, the scraper is first adjusted to an appropriate position that is basically in contact with the round screen roller through the main adjustment mechanism and/or the secondary scraper position adjustment assembly, and the pressing component is close to or in contact with the inclined upper surface of the first sliding part of the pressure adjustment sliding component.
6. Then, the pressure adjustment handwheel is turned to make the pressure adjustment sliding component slide in the desired direction. Since the height of the inclined upper surface changes gradually, the contact pressure between the pressing component and the inclined upper surface changes gradually, thereby changing the contact pressure between the scraper and the round screen roller.
7. The secondary scraper position adjustment assembly includes a position adjustment handwheel, a position adjustment nut screw mechanism, a position adjustment sliding component and a scraper fixing handwheel.
8. After the scraper assembly is basically adjusted to the appropriate position through the main adjustment mechanism, the scraper position is further finely adjusted through the secondary scraper position adjustment assembly; or when the printing speed changes, the scraper position is adjusted accordingly through the secondary scraper position adjustment assembly.
Adjust according to the pattern and fabric variety:
1. Rotary Screen Printing Machine has two main scraping methods: stainless steel scraper and magnetic scraper.
2. Stainless steel scraper is more suitable for fine patterns, and the adjustment range of the slurry supply is larger, but when using it, the blade specifications, angles, and pressure on both sides should be manually adjusted according to different patterns, fabric varieties, and slurry conditions.
3. Magnetic scraper According to different patterns and fabric varieties, you only need to select magnetic bars of different diameters, and the magnetic force can be adjusted through the operation panel buttons.
