2. Color according to the printing control software
The printing control software supporting the direct-injection printing machine also has a simple color adjustment function, but the scope of this adjustment is relatively limited. It can only adjust the design style of all the pictures, such as darker and bluer, not part of it. Adjustments are therefore as dispensable and very rarely used.
Of course, sometimes, no matter how you grade it, it is unsatisfactory, and that situation is likely to be there. The reasons are as follows:
1. Ink color density
If the color density of the ink is low, and in the case of printing dark tones, no matter how you adjust it, you cannot achieve a satisfactory level. For example, if you want to print dark black, the ink density of black is just right. Low, no matter how the color is adjusted, the print is light black from beginning to end.
2. Curve graph
When the ink is not matched with the board card and RIP software of the direct-injection printing machine, the color cast of the printed pattern design will be very large. No matter how you color it, it is unlikely to be close. Replace the ink brand and model. After the specification, it is generally in such a situation.
3. Waveform
The actual effect of the waveform on the pattern design is also very harmful, which generally lies with the board provider.
