1. The electrostatic induction is too high

Too high electrostatic induction will endanger the actual effect of printing. In more serious cases, it will damage part of the line of the copier. Especially in autumn and winter, when the static electricity of the human body is too high, if you directly touch the printer nozzle, it will be very easy to destroy a part of the nozzle power circuit. Therefore, not only must the copier have an excellent and stable grounding device, but the actual operator must take anti-static measures to prevent damage to vulnerable parts when touching the equipment and nozzles.

2. The front and back of the switching power supply are connected reversely

This kind of actual operation is illegal. In the operation process, try to follow the standard actual operation as much as possible, especially the nozzle of the large-format digital printing machine. When it is not necessary, do not plug or unplug the power circuit as much as possible to prevent The actual operation of the switching power supply's front and back poles is reversed.

3. The working standard voltage is too high

If the nozzle is working under long-term load for a long time, it is very easy to cause the embrittlement of the piezoelectric crystal, especially for the piezoresistive nozzle.

4. Strongly corrosive ink or other liquid is stained on the circuit board of the print head

If strong corrosive ink or other liquid is stuck on the circuit board of the print head, it is very easy to cause a short circuit, especially organic solvent ink. Therefore, in the whole process of solving the print head, we must pay attention to the fact that there is no need to stick the ink to the data line interface of the print head. It is very easy to cause a short circuit failure, and the print head will be burned in a more serious situation.
