Introduction
Automatic Rotary Screen Printing Machine is an automated equipment that uses cylindrical screen rotary printing technology. Through the synchronous rotation of the screen and the impression cylinder, it can achieve efficient and continuous curved surface printing. It is widely used in the surface decoration of textiles, ceramics, glass, circuit boards and thermal transfer materials.

Main components
1. Unwinding unit: feeds the raw roll into the machine and is equipped with a tension control device to prevent stretching or wrinkling.
2. Rotary screen: cylindrical mesh (usually made of nickel or polyester) with a pattern template. The rotary screen can be easily replaced to accommodate pattern changes.
3. Scraping system: adjusts pressure and angle to control ink transfer and ensure even coverage.
4. Ink supply system: pumps ink into the rotary screen and is equipped with a filter to prevent mesh clogging.
5. Drying system: quickly dries the printed fabric to fix the ink, and the temperature can be adjusted according to the ink type.
6. Winding unit: winds the printed and dried fabric into a roll for subsequent processing (e.g. cutting, sewing).
