Work Principle
In rotary screen printing, the design is etched into a thin nickel or steel mesh cylinder. The cylindrical screen rotates while the substrate passes underneath. Ink is spread inside the screen. A rubber squeegee presses the screen onto the material, pushing ink through the mesh pores onto the substrate.
