Method of operation

To operate the netting machine, initiate by loadingTo operate the netting machine, initiate by loadings of galvanized wire Engage the tensioner to ensure a consistent tension level of 200 Newtons, then activate the primary netting mechanism for weaving horizontal and vertical wires into hexagonal mesh patterns with a standard size of 1 meter by 1 meter. Once the desired length of 100 meters is achieved, utilize the winder to collect and store the finished product in rolls of up to 50 meters in length. Throughout this process, monitor tension and alignment meticulously every 30 minutes to guarantee uniformity and strength of the gabion boxes being produced, ensuring each box meets a tensile strength of at least 400 kN.
