Standard Workflow

3. Precision Printing: The screen automatically descends, and the squeegee and ink return blade complete the printing process according to a preset program.

5. Automated Pad Printing/Drying: Printed workpieces are automatically removed and enter a UV or infrared drying tunnel.
6. Stacking and Collection: Dried finished products are automatically stacked or collected, ready for the next process.

The screen printing machine consists of a feeder, a printing unit and a hot air dryer.
The feeder is equipped with a dust-removing roller, which can alarm when the coil is used up.
The printing unit has a vacuum on the table, which can fix the PET film in place to ensure printing accuracy. It is equipped with three photoelectric sensors for automatic registration.
The hot air dryer has 30M, 60M and 80M length channels to choose from. The cured film after drying can be rolled into a roll by cooling wind.

Maintenance Tips
