High-Precision Printing
The main rotary system uses a high-precision servo motor with a position accuracy of ±0.01mm and a registration error of ±0.05mm, ensuring precise pattern alignment even on curved or elliptical surfaces.
Modular Multi-Color Expansion
The modular design of 6–24 print stations allows for expansion as needed, with only 2 stations added at a time, eliminating the need to replace the entire machine. This flexibly addresses different batch and multi-color production requirements.
Independent Printhead Control
Each printhead can independently adjust speed, pressure, and squeegee angle, and is equipped with a flash-dry function to prevent ink overflow or missed prints. It is compatible with water-based, plastic, solvent-based inks, and velvet embossing.
Intelligent Operation and Real-Time Monitoring
A 10-inch touchscreen PLC control system supports Chinese and English interfaces, four operating modes, and remote monitoring. Production speed and cycle status are displayed in real time.
