1.Familiar with the machine
At present, there are many types and models of offset presses from offset press manufacturers. Before disassembly, you must fully understand the structure and working principle of each part of the machine, otherwise the parts will be damaged. For some structures that are difficult to figure out for a while, you should first consult the relevant materials and equipment manuals.
2. Disassembly as needed
For offset presses that need to be repaired, the parts that need to be disassembled should be correctly judged. Some institutions do not need to disassemble when they confirm that they are in good condition. This is because after the disassembly and assembly of the mating parts, the accuracy of mating is often reduced.
3.Tool selection
The tools used when disassembling the offset press should be compatible with the parts being dismantled.
4. Make a mark
In addition to the positioning screws, pins, and key positioning parts before removing the offset printing press, for the parts that are not positioned, their mutually matching positions are marked before removal for easy installation.
5. Classified storage
Disassembled parts should be stored separately to avoid confusion. Small parts should be cleaned and stored separately after disassembly. Fasteners, transmission parts, operating parts and other parts that have a connection relationship with the wallboard should be placed on both sides of the offset press, and the transmission side and the operation side should be placed separately.
6.Sequential disassembly
The correct disassembly sequence of the offset press should be: first up, then down, first outside, then inside, first remove the upper parts, and then remove the lower parts; first remove the exposed parts, and then remove the inner parts. Parts should also be stacked in the order they were disassembled.
7. Make a record
In the process of disassembling the offset printing press, it is found that the parts are worn or scrapped, and records should be made in time to facilitate timely processing during the machine maintenance process to avoid leftovers. Relevant technical data during disassembly must also be recorded.
