I. Daily Maintenance (Daily Must)
1. Cleaning and Inspection
Wipe the machine body, operation panel, and display with a dust-free cloth, focusing on the keypad area to remove fingerprints.
Check the air supply pressure (≥0.45 MPa), check whether the stencil holder is loose, and check whether the scraper has any nicks (a 0.1 mm nick requires replacement).
2. Lubrication System Maintenance
Check the oil level to ensure the oil circuit is unobstructed. If leaks are detected, immediately shut down the machine for inspection.
Lubricate the machine while idling before low-speed operation to prevent damage to the sliding bearings due to insufficient lubrication.
II. Periodic Deep Maintenance
1. Weekly Maintenance
Remove and clean the filter (pay attention to the airflow direction) and install an automatic drain valve to prevent water accumulation.
Use spray lubricant on the stencil slide rails and apply grease to the ball screw equal to the thread clearance x 1.5.
2. Monthly Overhaul
Replace worn parts (such as bearings and key pins) and check the reliability of the electrical system. Focus on maintaining core components such as gears, cams, and sprockets. Check springs for proper elasticity.
III. Maintenance in Special Situations
1. Long-Term Downtime (e.g., Spring Festival Holiday)
Apply rust-proof oil to key areas (e.g., electrical cabinets and bearings) and place desiccant to prevent moisture.
Thoroughly clean the ink rollers, drain the water tank and cylinder, and close the water valve to prevent freezing and cracking.
2. Resuming Work After the Holidays
Lubricate the main unit for half an hour after powering it on. Manually crank the engine to confirm there are no obstructions before testing it.
IV. Precautions
Safe Operation: Do not strike the operating panel. Avoid using corrosive solvents such as alcohol when cleaning.
Lubricant Selection: Use high-viscosity oil for high temperatures and heavy loads; use low-viscosity oil for high speeds and low temperatures. Graphite may be added to improve lubricity.
