I. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Surface Cleaning
Wipe the machine body with a lint-free soft cloth to remove ink and paste residue, preventing corrosion of metal parts.
Screens and squeegees should be cleaned daily to prevent drying and clogging (they can be soaked in a special cleaning solution and then brushed).
2. Key Component Maintenance
Transmission system: Check the lubrication of chains and guide rails monthly, and use high-temperature lubricating oil to reduce wear.
Electrical components: Regularly clean dust from the heat dissipation mesh to prevent short circuits (recommended weekly).
II. Regular Deep Maintenance
1. Replacement of Consumable Parts
Check squeegees and screens for wear every 3-6 months; replace them immediately if there are notches or deformation.
If the rubber pressure roller is aging or cracked, the surface layer needs to be ground off with special equipment or replaced.
2. System Calibration
Check the registration accuracy quarterly and adjust the servo motor parameters through the PLC system.
The pneumatic lifting device needs to be tested for air pressure stability to avoid the risk of screen falling.
III. Maintenance in Special Environments
Moisture-proof measures: Close doors and windows on rainy days, and place dehumidifiers around the equipment to prevent moisture from corroding the circuits.
Long-term shutdown: Drain any remaining liquid from the ink tubes, and apply anti-rust oil to the screens before sealing and storing them.
